Aspen
We are a small group ministry dedicated to making disciples who make disciples. The heart of Aspen is to raise up self-feeding Christians and to create an atmosphere that helps each of us to fall in love with the author of the Bible as we read through each book verse by verse. We believe that we are not master teachers but that we know the Master Teacher. We go to Him through His word and in our quiet times and together in our small group settings.
Aspen is founded by Faith Covenant Church. We are grateful for their partnership with us.
Mission Statement
We believe that our disciple-making mission requires a commitment to daily interaction with the Lord and His word and that our format of simplicity, consistency and prayer partner interaction bring together the necessary elements to foster the multiplication necessary that characterizes Jesus' command to "go and make disciples...." (Matt 28:19-20).
Groups
Studies are planned in 10-week rotations with shorter studies during the summer and Advent. Available openings in the groups vary. At Gulf Coast, Rita Hopper is the Aspen ministry leader.
